@TS/CP Sorry for the delayed response!

Depending on your environment, you can cancel an Azure support plan with the following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cost management + Billing Overview page.
  2. Select the support plan that you want to cancel from the Your subscriptions page to open up the Support plan page.
  3. Select Cancel to cancel your support plan.

Doc reference link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/cancel-azure-subscription#cancel-a-subscription-in-the-azure-portal

Note: If you are unable to cancel the support plan, you can reach out to Azure support by raising a support request with Azure billing team to help you cancel the support plan and initiate refund request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

Here is the link - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request to create support case.

FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.

Important:

As mentioned by TP, fill in the details such as: Summary, Problem Type, Sub Type and click Next. When prompted with recommendations, do not click on anything. Click on "Return to support request" and fill in additional details and submit.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance in this matter!

    Hi,

Please create a new billing support request using my instructions below. There is no charge for billing support request. Please post the error message if you are unable to create the request using my instructions.

Use this link to start the process:

Fill out Summary, Problem type, Problem subtype, click Next. There will be a delay, then some recommended solutions will be shown. Do not click on any of the recommended options shown.

In the upper left corner, click Return to support request
