Hi all,

I’m asking on behalf of my boss. He suddenly erased all the data on his previous phone while setting up his new phone. The problem is, he also deleted the Microsoft Authenticator app on his old phone. On the new phone, he installed the Authenticator app, but it keeps asking for a number to authorize from the old phone, which he cannot do. The process is stuck there, and he can't set up Outlook or Teams on the new phone because of this issue. I have already tried logging into the Authenticator on the web browser, and it also asks for the number to sync. Can you help me with this problem?
