My company has given me an azure subscription but I am unable to create SQL Servers and VMs. Every time I am trying to create a SQL server or VM this message is coming - " Your subscription does not have access to create a server in the selected region. For the latest information about region availability for your subscription, go to aka.ms/sqlcapacity. Please try another region or create a support ticket to request access." Kindly help me out.

Hi @Satyam Banerjee,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

We would like to inform you that, The error is likely caused by a capacity limitation in the selected region for creating the server. If there are no constraints on using other regions, you can try deploying the server in a different region. Otherwise, you will need to open a support case to request capacity allocation for your subscription.

you can please follow the steps mentioned in this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-sql/database/quota-increase-request?view=azuresql to create a request to allot your quota in the region you are trying to deploy the server.
