Unable to find the Azure certificate in the Learn Portal. Need support

I gave my AZ-900 exam on 28th Dec 2024. I was supposed to download my certificate from the below suggestion , but unable to see when I followed the same.

Click Credentials > Certifications. Your exam should be listed on this page. Under the exam title, click View details on provider site. This takes you to your Pearson VUE dashboard. Under My account, click View score reports.

All I see "Browse certifications" under my certifications tab.

The Certifications tab has been relocated under Credentials. You can access your Certifications tab directly via the following link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

Under each certification, select "View certification details," then click the Print button above your certificate. Choose "Save as PDF" and, under More settings, uncheck Headers and footers, etc.   Pearson VUE Support:
