Developing and testing features or extensions for Microsoft Edge

Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Hi!
I'm trying to publish my app to the Microsoft Store. While I pass all verification checks successfully, there's one exception — "10.2.10 Security".
The problem is that Microsoft's suggested solution for publishing my application in the Store isn't working for me at all. The moderation team asks me to report the file as safe directly from the browser, but this function is non-responsive (clicking produces no result, and nothing opens, and consequently there's nothing to fill out) even in the latest browser version.
I've reported the file directly through Microsoft Security Intelligence, but this hasn't resolved the issue either.
Could you please tell me, are there any other ways to "clear" the file so that Edge stops flagging it and Microsoft can finally publish it in the Store, allowing my app to reach its audience? My digitally signed app has no reputation yet, so users and the Store won't download it from my website (Edge warns them against using rare apps). But I can't build reputation without getting into the Store first, creating a catch-22 situation :(

Update (2025-03-29)
Looks like my app was finally approved, and it is no longer blocked when downloaded or launched (still can’t believe it). I hope it won’t be blocked after this message 🥲

A huge thank you to everyone who helped me solve this issue — I truly appreciate it 🔥

To Microsoft: if you genuinely want more new apps in the Store, you need to improve the verification process for independent developers. While I fully support all your security measures and policies as a user, as a developer I believe modernization is necessary because not all developers and apps pose a risk to end users.

To developers: unfortunately, I don’t know exactly what or who helped me (as I have reached out in many places and spoken with many people over the past few months). But one thing I know for sure — never give up (even if your messages/questions/accounts are ignored/blocked/removed) and always strive to make your product the best it can be.
Developing and testing features or extensions for Microsoft Edge
Hi @nk,

Unfortunately, this "report this file as safe" button is having some issues so it is under fix currently. The workaround is to use Edge Canary or Edge Dev to report your file as safe. The "report" button will redirect you to a feedback page, then you're good to go. Thanks for your understanding.
