I'm trying to regist Microsoft partner center with Hardware , so that I can finish my job which is developing a Windows Driver and pass WHQL . And now I'm stuck on verification of Au10tix where I need to get a Verified ID for Authenticator.
- I follow the page and use my phone to scan the QRCODE and start to Au10tix, I took photos of both sides of my ID card and passed facial recognition But it always displays errors. It says "Something went wrong, Please contact your administrator". I don't know who is the administrator, I do it all just by myself.
- I am using a Chinese ID card.
- After trying a few times, he prompted me that there were no available attempts.
What should I do now, I have to update my Microsoft partner center's publisher name to start verification from begin to get attempts. But if I stuck on Au10tix again, I have no idea what to do.
I really want to complete my development, Looking forward to someone's reply!
