I have a problem with a billing and could only ask for a refund for one of them.
I want to speak or send an email to the support but doesn't have any clue how, because this can't be solved with their automatic process for refunding.
Anyone know how to actually how to reach out to a person working with azure on the support side?

the best option is to open a support request with Azure Support:
Create an Azure support request
Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
