Can't sign in to Entra admin - Error: AADSTS50000

On Friday I created a new external tenant to follow some tutorial from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/entra-external-identities/.

It worked fined then but today I cannot access https://entra.microsoft.com/ any longer. It gives me the error "AADSTS50000: There was an error issuing a token or an issue with our sign-in service."

I can still access https://portal.azure.com/ but when I try to switch to the external directory from there, I get them same error.

I tried to sign out from my Microsoft account and then sign in again but that did not help.

Any ideas how to get back to the Entra portal?

Hi Attila

I would recommend you raise a support ticket so that Azure support team can help you on the issue

Microsoft Entra authentication and authorization error codes section says as below:User's image

Here are the steps to raise a ticket

  • Sign into the Azure portal and open Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Scroll down to Troubleshooting + Support tab and select 'New support request'.
  • On the Basics tab, for Issue type, select Technical, Select the subscription.
  • For Service type, select Microsoft Entra Admin Center
  • Describe the issue details in Summary Area
  • Select a problem type, select 'Admin Center Portal Failing to Load or Refresh
  • Click Next and follow the remaining steps to raise the ticket

Hope this helps.
