Hi I am trying to create a Azure Free account but i am reciving this message that you are not eligible for it. I have tried this with 2 different emails but still recieved the same message. can some one help me resolve this issue. thanks

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

  • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
  • The credit card information is correct.
  • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
