How to download the registration data in Teams webinar

Hi,

I'd like to ask how to download the registration data in Teams webinar edit page before execution. Becuase I understand we can download the attendee list after executed webinars, however there is no buton on the right up side to download before execution. It would be helpful to answer asap. Thank you.

To view attendee registration details before a webinar, double-click the webinar in your Teams calendar and select Registration > Attendee status.

This action does not work after someone connects to the event. The report automatically changes to an attendance report. If this occurs days before the event there's no option to download the registration report for review.

Hello,

I think what the OP wanted was a way to export the list, not just view it in Teams.

For us, it would be especially useful to export any custom fields that were added to the registration form. This helps in

a.) identifying registrations from domains you don't want to approve

b.) identifying which of your intended audience have not signed up yet (to send targeted reminders)

c.) creating a list of attendance ahead of the meeting

...

So the export functionality should be available for each Attendee status ahead of the meeting.

On a side note: sorting the attendee list in Teams by date does not work correctly, since the dates are sorted in alpha-numerical order, not by actual date (1, 10, 11, ... 2, 20, ...).

You are correct. A registration report is not possible if anyone connects to the webinar. O have had presenters connect days early. This connection now switches the reporting to attendance.
