Hello @Minas Papageorgiou ,

I Understand that you are trying to login to the azure portal but when you get the message

"Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app" but you are not getting the code in authenticator app to Enter.

Please make sure to follow these steps:

  1. Open the authenticator app.
  2. Select the ******@hotmail.com, you see the code is displayed for every 30 Seconds and Enter the code.

If the above following mentioned steps does not Solved the issue check with the following steps:

  1. If you have any other global administrator in the tenant, you can revoke and re-register the MFA for the affected user account.
  2. Go to > Microsoft Entra ID >Users> Select affected User Account> Authentication Methods
Revoke and Require re-register multifactor authentication.

  3. After re-registering the MFA to the affected user will be able to register the MFA and login into the azure portal

NOTE: Please let me know if you are the only global Administrator for the tenant.

For additional information follow: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userdevicesettings#manage-user-authentication-options

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
