I have two PC1,PC1 and1 M365 account
when I sign in with M365 account to PC2 will my outlook setting from Pc1 of same user sync to PC2

If you configure your account as an Exchange account, you can seamlessly sync email, contacts, and calendar data between two different devices.

But I am talking about Outlook settings such as Rule,mail setting etc
will these setting also sync ?

Thanks for your reply!

Settings saved to the server are synced. For example, there are rules, server-side rules and client-side rules.

Server-side rules: These rules run on the server and can be applied even when Outlook isn't open. They should be synced across all devices using the same account.

Client-side rules: These rules run only when Outlook is open on the computer they were created and aren't synced across devices. If you create a rule that is client-sided, the rule won't be available on other devices.
