Today, I received an email stating that my account has been disabled. What is the reason for this? What should I do? Please help me. Thank you!

My Azure registered account is [******@live.com]

The email content is as follows: Your Azure subscription has been disabled. To protect the security and privacy of your account, we perform routine audits of all Azure subscriptions. One of these audits identified suspicious activity in your subscription that violates the Microsoft Acceptable Use Policy. Your subscription will remain disabled until the issue is resolved. If you believe this is an error, please contact Azure Support. If the issue is not resolved, your subscription and the data stored within it will be permanently deleted on May 15, 2025.

You need to create a support request for assistance on this

Violations are reviewed by the security team if you feel that your case needs to be revisited, create a support ticket. You can do this either online or through the portal ( portal.azure.com ) by searching for Help + support and clicking on Create a support request (Issue type: Subscription management / Problem type: Re-enable my subscription).
