Refund or Invoice Issues

I was learning more about Databricks on Azure when I came across a concern. The solution suggested online was to upgrade the Azure tier. Since I had a $200 credit, I assumed it would be sufficient for the upgrade. However, CA$150 was deducted TWICE from my account.

I attempted to create a support request, but it was in vain. After selecting all the relevant options, the portal simply displays an image stating that a refund request could not be created and advises me to raise a support request again—sending me in an endless loop.

Please, someone help me. My transactions are still within the 90-day refund eligibility period. Moreover, I cancelled my Azure subscription the same day, but Azure is still asking me to make a payment to use resources that remain UNUSED since the incident.

  1. Go to the Azure Portal, click on Help + Support, and then select Create a support request.

    Hi @Tamanna Sonnie ,

to get a refund the best or only option is to open a support request with Azure Support:
