Sorry but I explained it incorrectly. As an organization every account created with Microsoft Admin are able to access Outlook using the Web Version but not able to using Desktop App.

We get error that says User account ******@fathergeneshelp.org from identity provider does not exist in tenant domain which in our case is fathergeneshelp.org and cannot access application in that tenant.

This happens on every account regardless of workstation or laptop in our organization.
