How to fix text detected from images

Hey, it came to my attention that document intelligence scans the text from images as well as plain text paragraphs. Is there an option for disabling the text output from an image?

Thanks for your question

You cannot turn off OCR for just the images.

No, There is no built-in option to disable text extraction only from images while still extracting from regular paragraphs.

You must filter this yourself to redact images in the source document if you don’t want any OCR from them.
