Usually, this message appears in your dashboard when you're using Microsoft Rewards in another country. It is possible that Reward servers might have detected that you're in a different country which may put your account at risk. Please note that using a VPN to avail of any of Microsoft's services is not advisable as it violates its terms of service. If you get caught, your account might get suspended or locked out.

If you’re not using a VPN or located in a different country or region while using the rewards program, please submit a report using the link below. This will allow the Microsoft rewards team to review your account and provide further assistance with your issue.

Important Note - Unfortunately, there is no specific timeline for when you will be able to resume using the program after being detected in a different region. So, keep submitting the form again.

Meanwhile, Set your current region in both the browser and Bing app:

On the Edge Bing page, click the hamburger menu and select Country/Region.

In the Bing app on your mobile device, click your profile icon and go to Settings > Region and Language.
Clear your browser cache, cookies, and history.
Try signing into your Microsoft rewards account on a different browser or a network.
