Hello Christopher,
Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing screenshot with details. I am Udit and I am glad to assist you today.
Here are a few steps to try that may help resolve the issue:
- Check Background App Refresh
Go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and make sure it's turned on for Copilot.
- Verify Permissions
Go to Settings > Copilot and ensure it has permission to access Cellular Data and Background App Refresh.
- Try Wi-Fi only
Switch off Cellular Data and connect to a stable Wi-Fi network, then try sending a message again.
- Check App Store for updates
Go to the App Store and see if there's an update available for the Copilot app. If yes, install it and try again.
- Force close and reopen the app
Swipe up from the bottom (or double-tap Home) and fully close the Copilot app. Then relaunch it.
- Restart your iPhone
Sometimes a simple reboot clears out stuck processes affecting network access.
If still not working then reinstall the app from the App Store. This can resolve corrupted app files.
If none of these steps work, it may be a temporary server-side issue. Then please try after sometime
Please let me know if you need help with anything else.
Regards
Udit
