Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Microsoft Rewards. I understand that your streaks are not working and I want to make sure that your issue will be handled accordingly. Having said this, please submit a support ticket to Microsoft Rewards Support and a member of the support team will contact you within 24 hours.

To make sure that you can receive a reply from the support group, please add the "microsoft.com" domain to your e-mail "safe list.” If you do not receive a response in your email inbox within 24 hours, please check your "bulk mail" or "junk mail" folders.
