Why does the AMAZON GIFT CARDS got removed from the Microsoft Rewards?

I have been earning points in hope of redeeming the amazon gift card, but when I have enough points to redeem, amazon gift cards are not there anymore.
Are those got removed permanently??

The rewards list may vary from time to time. The Microsoft Rewards team may lessen the option of certain rewards or remove them from the list. One reason is that they run out of gift codes or the promotion for a certain reward has ended.
