I Randomly Just Lost 2000 Rewards Points!! Please Help!

So, the other day, I was glad, seeing i had already racked up 4,500 points, but then today, It all vanished. I was just doing the daily things when, I looked up, and I only had 2,500 points! I am very upset about because I did not spend it. Now, I will say that I DID get an email with an order for a "$3 Microsoft Gift Card" THAT I NEVER BOUGHT!! I even checked and saw that it did indeed spend the points because I looked at the earned/spent page (and I have never redeemed yet). But all in all, I never used those points, and I probably won't even use those $3 from the false order. I just want my points back, that's it. Thanks!
