microsoft rewards issue

Hello, when i go to redeem the wheel spin it says "This item isn't available, either due to your region or log-in state, but you can still redeem your points for items listed on this Rewards redemption page." and "Microsoft Rewards points are only redeemable in the country/region they are earned in". I redeemed like 8 wheel spins and then this happened. I haven't logged in anywhere else and I haven't earnt and rewards anywhere else. I have cleared my cookies and cache but nothing helped.

Thank-you

Hey Willow Stampe!

Nice to meet you! I'm Darhyl, an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry you are experiencing this on your Microsoft Rewards.

Just a gentle reminder that we are only Microsoft users like you here in the community. We are not Microsoft employees and we do not have tools to access any Microsoft System.

Based on the error message you provided and since you have already cleared your cookies and cache to no avail, kindly try to perform the following workarounds:

  1. Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.

In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage Extensions.

Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off.

  1. Changing browsers. (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.)
  2. Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.

Open Settings and click/tap on the Network & Internet icon.

Click/tap on VPN on the left side, click/tap on the connected VPN (ex: "MPN") on the right side you want to disconnect and click/tap on the Disconnect button.

When finished, you can close Settings.

If the issue persists, I highly recommend you submit a ticket request to the Microsoft Rewards Team for further assistance as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case. You may contact them using the link below:

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

Best regards,

Darhyl
