Microsoft rewards account suspended

Today I was checking the amount of points that I’ve made on Microsoft rewards only to be greeted with a message saying ‘your Microsoft rewards account has been suspended’. Like **** did I even do, I did not even use a VPN or anything else to break the rules, I just got randomly banned for no reason. If a Microsoft rewards support member sees this, can you you unban my account?
