Blocked from a website claiming an adblocker is in use - that is not true no extensions are installed

Recently started receiving a message that I'm using an adblocker. That is not true as proof I looked at extensions which provide the following "you have installed any extensions".

This is a Windows 11 laptop and using Microsoft Edge. Email is ******@email.com.

Turn tracking prevention to off.
