I have tried to use CoPilot since buying MS 365 Pro this morning. Personal account. Tried using it, got an error (as above). Used simple requests, same error.

Went to the introductory training video and typed in the exact request in the video “Write a paper on the benefits of design thinking”. Same error.

Can someone assist?

Hi Deepak,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

There are reports of OpenAI service, which powers Copilot to be down since this morning. I wonder if your issue is related to that.

If you use in an Inprivate Window, does that work?

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.

Same issue after logging out and logging back into my Microsoft account.

But only the Copilot App, Copilot appears to work within Office Apps.

I do want to use the Copilot App outside of Office Apps.
