My laptop used to crash alot with "VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL" error message. I tried updating everything but nothing worked. It used to crash almost everyday.

Fed up with all this, around 2-3 weeks ago, I wiped the drive and reinstalled windows using pendrive.

Today it crashed again for the first time after reinstalling windows with the same error code. I think it has something to do with the Nvidia graphic card but I can't figure out.

Details of my laptop.

Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 15ARH05.

OS: Windows 10

CPU: AMD ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 version 472.19

Do let me know what all other details are required.

Thank you.

It would be best to install a driver from the Nvidia website.

It is the Nvidia drivers that is causing your system to crash.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your graphics card that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
