My young brother returned my laptop with gray screen 😞 We can't bring back the color. Help!

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like your screen became color gray. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

Please check if the Color Filters has been turned on. If yes, please turn it off to get back the color of your screen.

To do that, please click Start menu and type Color Filters and hit enter.

Please turn off the Color Filters and check if the issue persists.

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.
