Windows 11: Windows Security shows a blank white page when opened. Additionally, when trying to access Windows Security settings, it displays a message saying “Contact your IT administrator.”

1. Factory reset my computer, keeping no files, fresh install.

1. Checked for Work or School Accounts:
   • Opened Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
   • Disconnected any listed work or school accounts. (there were none)
2. Modified Registry Settings:
   • Opened Registry Editor and navigated to:
     • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Policy Manager
     • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Defender
   • Checked for and deleted any rogue policies. (there were none)
3. Used Command Prompt to Remove Policies:
   • Opened Command Prompt as Administrator and ran the following commands: reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f reg delete "HKLM\Software\Policies" /f reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Policies" /f reg delete "HKLM\Software\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f reg delete "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies" /f reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f reg delete "HKCU\Software\Policies" /f reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Policies" /f
   • Restarted the computer.
4. Unlocked Defender UI via PowerShell: Ran Set-MpPreference -UILockdown $false in PowerShell as Administrator.
5. Restarted Windows Security Center Service:
   • Opened Services and attempted to restart the Security Center service (option was greyed out).
6. Ran System File Checker (SFC) and DISM:
   • Ran sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth in Command Prompt as Administrator.
7. Re-registered Windows Security App:
   • Ran Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage in PowerShell as Administrator.
8. Checked for Pending Windows Updates:
   • Opened Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
   • Checked for and installed any available updates.
9. Reset Windows Security App:
   • Opened Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
   • Found Windows Security and clicked Advanced options, then Reset, terminate etc, none worked.

I have tried all of these, and restarted my pc after each one, i don't know what else to do. This is my home PC, it has no affiliations with an IT department of any sorts.
