Hello there, I am using a Lenovo Idea-pad Slim 3|. I have been dealing with a problem that started last week for me and I have heard of a problem that others I've seen deal with, which is the Q and W key. The problem I'm dealing with is when I press those keys ( Q and W ) they seem to conflict with each other and so the second one I press doesn’t work. For example, if I were to press and hold Q then press W, the W key doesn’t work. The same thing happens if you press and hold W then press Q (just to let you know, yes I am a gamer. Playing Blox-Fruits, and I am a bounty hunter, and because of being a bounty hunter I have to chase others to kill in game, mind you by pressing Q in game you dash and then the normal WASD control, when I do have to chase them down I spam Q while holding W. But the thing is I took a 1 month break for playing). The W key isn’t the only one not working with Q, the keys are E, R, U, i, O, P , G, H and W. I have already looked at a keyboard test and those were the only keys not working with Q. I have already tried running a keyboard troubleshooter with the same results, I’ve already disabled sticky keys but same results, tried updating my drive of my keyboard in device manager but I already had the best one for me and so the same results, cleaned my keyboard and sadly same results.
I hope if anyone knows this problem and how to fix it will or can reply to this message. ( I will be checking every day )
