Local Disk F: seems to be and EFI partition. Sometimes this partition is added automatically after a Windows updated.
If you are assured that drive does not contain any of your personal data, you can remove it from the File Explorer. (It is best to back up the data inside that drive to avoid losing them).
Please run CMD as administrator and run the following command:
mountvol F: /d
Then, restart your computer and check the File Explorer.
