I had Windows 10. I got new computer that had Windows 11. I';m trying to print an envelop like usual but when I hit print a box opens up and it asks me to "save print output"? I don't want to save the address and if I hit cancel I can't print the envelope. I have know idea what this means.

Hello, this is Emily.

After you click on print, in the pop up window, make sure your printer is selected correctly. Make sure it is not set to "print to pdf". If your printer is not installed on the new computer yet, you will need to install it first.

Thank you, Emily I went to settings, printer and saw the printer "was" set to PDF. I changed that to something like have Windows manage printer( I forgot what exactly) but now it works.

I'm not computer savvy and really liked Windows 7. So I hate all the changes. Thanks again.
