I discovered his 2 weird program and immediately disabled them and alongside with the fact that i tried searching for them to no avail
and there is literally nothing in my startup folder(s) which brings to my next concern, where is everything that's still starting up?
is there any way to remove them? as whenever i rightclick on them the options "open file location" and "properties" are both greyed out.

They are leftover entries from "Once Human".
You can delete the entries in the registry at:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
or use Autoruns to easily find and delete them.
