Downloads folder is merged with D:

So last night, I want to move all my data to the D: drive, leaving only the OS on the C: drive. When I tried moving the Downloads folder to D:, I accidentally merged it with the drive itself. When I tried to move it back to the original location, I got an error:

"The folder can't be moved here"

"Failed to build the list of regular subdirectories under D:\System Volume Information. Access is denied."

What should I do? I tried to upload an image, but it wouldn't let me, so I hope my explanation clear enough.

Hi,

In the Location tab, click the Restore Default button to restore the folder to the default location.

Click OK

Click Yes when you’re prompted to create the folder in the new (destination) path.

[**Important Step**] Choose No when you see the “Do you want to move all the files from the old location” prompt.

Now, manually move the files to your Downloads folder.

    This works, but I think there's another problem. The folder that supposed to has the Downloads folder is "gone". I tried to find it but couldn't
