Thank you for the screenshot, you do have a pre-installed Windows Home OEM licence, you have no need to worry about your licence or activation after a reset or re-install of Windows from a bootable USB
Does a Windows 10 reinstall void the license?
I recently acquired a Lenovo laptop that still has the previous users data. I would like to reinstall Windows 10 using the 'Reset this PC' option in the settings, but I am wondering whether that will revoke the Windows license. I presume that it has OEM-installed Windows, and that the license is therefore tied to the motherboard, but I am not sure. So, will I get an 'Activate Windows' message after reinstalling or am I okay and reinstalling the OS won't void the activation?

If there is an OEM licence on that laptop, it is stored on a chip on the motherboard and you can reset Widows or clean install Windows from a bootable USB anytime and Windows 10 will automatically activate.
2
Are you able to get into Windows on that laptop?
If you are, click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'
Run or paste this command and hit Enter:
slmgr.vbs /dlv
Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog
