Command prompt popping up and disappearing immediately Windows 10

Hi,

I keep getting a Windows 10 Command prompt window appears and disappears. It opens up and closes as quickly as it popped up. In the cmd window it says "C:\Users\5480\AppData\Roaming\fhvesgi"

Any help would be appreciated.

Download Autoruns:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns 

  • Unzip and right click Autoruns64.exe and run as administrator.
  • Accept the license agreement.
  • Once the scan completes, enter fhvesgi into the Quick Filter.
  • If it finds the entry, right click and delete it.

If you can't find the entry, press Ctrl + S and save a log in the default ARN format.

Share the log on OneDrive or a similar service and post the link.

    Please try to download this small free utility - Autoruns for Windows from Sysinternals Live.

    1. Click and download "Autoruns and Autorunsc".
    2. Extract the files to your computer
    3. Run Autoruns64 if you have a 64bit System
    4. Wait for all processes to load
    5. In the Filter box, type: fhvesgi
    6. In the search results, uncheck for any related entries or right click then delete it.
    7. Restart your computer then check if the issue persists.

    **You may also check your Task Scheduler for anything related to fhvesgi

    Press Start then search Task Scheduler

    Click the Task Scheduler Library

    Check for any tasks related to fhvesgi and delete it
