Data drive being the downloads folder (Needs fixing a bit urgent)

Hi My laptop is MSI cyborg 15 A13U. I accidentally assigned my downloads folder into D Drive, which I don't meant to do it. I want to fix it.
I try to fix it by restoring default but it failed to build the list of regular subdirectories and access is denied. Do I have to like reset the whole PC, since this is bought fairly new so I dont have that much valuable data in it.

Thank you for the screenshot.

Open File Explorer.

Go into your D drive and then right click and select New - Folder, then name the new folder Downloads.

Drag any files that should be in the Downloads folder from the root of the D drive into that new Downloads folder.

Close File Explorer.

Open the Registry Editor, it will still be on the same page.

Double click {7D83EE9B-2244-4E70-B1F5-5393042AF1E4}, set its Value Data to this and click OK

D:\Downloads

Double click {374DE290-123F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B}, set its Value Data to this and click OK

D:\Downloads

Close the Registry Editor, then restart your PC to apply the changes.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Please provide a screenshot of that Registry Editor page.
