How restore Favorites bar

My favorites bar disappeared. Web advice says go to "Settings, settings and more, favorites, etc." but, when I go to settings there is no "settings and more" option. How can I get my favorites back on the home page?

If you are using the Microsoft Edge Browser, follow these instructions:

Select the three dots on the top right corner > Favorites > Select the three dots on the Favorites pane > Show Favorites bar > Select "Always" or "Only on new tabs"

    I restored the Favorites bar by "Settings-Appearance-Show Favorites Bar". The trick was to look in Appearances.

    Hello,

    If you're on Microsoft Edge (or other Chromium-based browsers), push Ctrl + Shift + O to get your favorites/bookmarks bar back.
