My laptop suddenly turned off while I was working on it, I try to unplug the charger but it seems like the charging indicator still turning on even after it's unplugged

Disconnect the laptop from mains electricity.
Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.
Wait 30 minutes
Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?
