Can't login into my pc

Hello,

I experienced a blue screen for a second when using my pc, upon going back into login screen after it reset, it now asks for my mircosoft account password instead of my pin. It kept saying that it was incorrect, so i reset my password and waited a while but it still told me it was incorrect.

On the login page, hold down the SHIFT key and click on the power button and select the Restart option while holding down the SHIFT key.

or

Start your PC, as soon as Windows tries to load (spinning dots appear), press and hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to perform a forced shutdown

Do this two or three times.

This will make Windows boot into the WinRe environment.

Select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore

If the problem persists, select Advanced options > Startup Repair.

    Thank you, using the method you mentioned, it turned out my c drive was corrupted, i repaired it and now i can login again. 🙇‍♂️
