BSOD on Windows 11 24H2. irql_not_less_or_equal and memory_management error and Windows 10 22H2 Critical Structure Corruption

BSODs were random, sometimes it won't happen within a day, sometimes I'll have two. The only modification on the system and maybe connected to it, was disabling Core Isolation on Windows 11 because I installed a Logitech Software/Driver that was blocked by it. I also undervolted my CPU and GPU and thought it was because of it, but I reset it to its default values and I still got BSODs.

BSODs were IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error that points out to ntoskrnl.exe. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool and there were no errors. Tried to test prime95 and still no error.

I downgraded/formatted right now with Windows 10 22H2 and still having BSOD with Critical Structure Corruption. This happened on fast startup when it's booting. Tried running memtest86 for each stick and ran one pass and there were no errors. I even inserted single stick on different slot but still no errors. Here's the minidumps/msinfo32 of the previous and current OS, hoping to find solutions.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1

Your minidump files jsut indicate generic errors, nothing specific as the cause of the crashes, and the BSOD's should not survive re-installing Windows, most likely that indicates there is a hardware fault causing the crashes.

What method did you use to install/update your drivers after re-installing Windows?

2

To try to force Windows to show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

verifier /reset

verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

Unfortunately, the latest version of the software is buggy with the game I'm playing. I can only use the previous version of it while gaming. Are there any solution or can I disable loading the drivers when I'm not using Logitech Software? Is uninstalling the software and reinstalling it whenever I'll use it the only solution so I would not have random BSODs?

BTW, thank you very much for solving this problem :)

Is it possible to download and just install the Logitech drivers, and not load the Logitech software to see if that stabilises your system?

Please disable driver verifier and do not re-enable it.

Completely uninstall the Logitech software and drivers, restart your PC, then donwlaod and re-install the latest version of the Logitech drivers they provide on their website.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    1. I reset using USB flash drive so it's a clean reinstall from Windows 11 to Windows 10. I updated the drivers using Windows Update
    2. Using Driver Verifier, BSOD DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION detected Logitech Software. Here's the Minidump.

I don't know why it happens on my current AMD system. The old Intel I was using seems to have no errors/BSOD using the Logitech Software
