I'm doing a factory reset, and I'm storing important files on OneDrive, so I'm just paranoid and want to make sure I'm not losing my files by doing a factory reset. :)

You will not lose your files stored in One Drive after resetting your device. Just make sure it is properly synced.
However, I always recommend making a backup of files to your other drives or external drives in case something goes wrong.
