Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

With regards to this error that you encountered when launching Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. It is possible that there is a corrupted file in your Microsoft 365 apps. Though the Outlook is working but it would be best to try and do a quick repair via Control Panel as well.

To do this, you may follow the steps:

  1. Press Windows key and search for Control Panel
  2. Go to Programs
  3. Go to Programs and features
  4. Locate the Microsoft 365 or Office app.
  5. Click the app and select Change at the top.
  6. Select Quick repair.

If this doesn't work. You may follow the next step below:

  1. Press Windows key and search for System Configuration
  2. Click Services
  3. Select Hide all Microsoft services.
  4. Click on Disable all.
  5. Click Apply > Ok > and restart your device.

After doing the steps above, try to launch Word, Excel and PowerPoint again.

I hope the steps helps. Feel free to let us know how it goes or if there are still problems. We are here to assist.
