How can I sign into windows pro 11 with my work email when I keep getting an error it's not found?

I've purchased a windows 11 pro OS and installed it on the machine. During the windows out of box experience, it wouldn't recognize my email. The email is my work email as I'm a small business. The user name and password work on both Azure and Microsoft 365. I used my personal email to set up a profile and tried to add an account through settings. When I go to the add an account in settings, it doesn't provide me the option to join an Azure ID or sign into Microsoft 365. I'm trying to avoid keeping any personal profiles off this computer and have this be fully synched with Azure and 365. What can I do? My user name and password work everywhere except with Windows.

Hello,

Go to Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School, click on Connect.

If you already have a work email listed there, select and disconnect first, then restart. Come back to this page.

Don't sign into your work email yet. Instead, click on "Join this device to Microsoft Entra ID" (it has been renamed to Entra ID from Azure ID, is that why you cannot find it?) On the next step, you will be prompted to sign in, then you can sign in.

Once done, restart the computer and you can use "switch user" to sign in using the company email.

If you still canno find that option, hold down Windows + R keys, type in winver and press enter, can you verify that it is really Pro that you have?
