Hello!

When the MSI Katana 17 B13VFK laptop is running without being connected to a charger, a blue screen 0x0000010e appears with the following information:

011125-20750-01.dmp 01/11/2025 11:29:40 0x0000010e 000000000000002d ffffe388f3e5e970 ffffe388f4f771f0 ffff810c8dadeff8 watchdog.sys watchdog.sys+1316 x64 ntoskrnl.exe+4b85d0 C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\011125-20750-01.dmp 16 15 26100 6 140 214 01/11/2025 11:30:10

I reinstalled the system -- the same situation was observed before.

The situation does not reproduce when working from a charger.

I am attaching a link to minidump file -- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fSpRvW5BjWyd36kPPy47Lqnezq3QUBhz/view?usp=sharing

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your graphics that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current graphics driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.
