Combinations of SHIFT key + some keys are not working.

I have a problem where my combinations of shift + some keys are not working. I want to know whether this is a system (software) or a hardware problem. As you can see, I have to use CAPSLOCK key to type the capital letters. It seems like my SHIFT+(a to ; (except G and H) and t,y,[,],\ keys) does not work. I cannot type [S] using (shift+s). Other combinations work just fine. Both SHIFT keys are not working. Here I try all SHIFT+keys and these are the results,

~!#$%^&*()_+ works just fine
QWERUIOP the T Y and three symbols keys does not work
GH" only these three keys that works
ZXCVBNM<>? works just fine

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Open Command Prompt, then run this command and press Enter:

msdt.exe -id KeyboardDiagnostic

Run that Keyboard Troubleshooter to see if that can solve the problem.

If that does not resolve this for you

Open Device Manager

Expand the Keyboards section

Right click your keyboard and choose 'Uninstall'

Then restart your PC

If the problem is still not resolved:

Bring up the on-screen keyboard, are those keys working correctly on that keyboard?

Connect another external keyboard to your system, are those keys working correctly on that keyboard?
