How to fix this netframework problem?

I barely have any idea of what just happen. What happen prior was my laptop randomly crashed when i watched youtube. It went into the bsod and i have several problem like "Boot device not found" but i've fixed it but when i boot my pc it shows this error. Something seems wrong with my netframework. I cant update my laptop and my audio driver went broken.

The error code says this

-Please set registry key HKLM\Software\Microsoft\NET Framework\InstallRoot to point to the.NET Framework install location.

You can use the ISO.

  1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

  1. Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system. Do *not* uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC".
  2. Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
  3. Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the in-place upgrade/repair installation.
  4. This starts the setup dialog. In the initial screen, click “Change how Setup downloads updates”
  5. Select “Not right now”, and continue the process.

(Your files, settings and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool.)

    ImageThanks for the file, but i got this error again? i dont really know what it means by install .netframework. Cause i've tried 2 method. via setup and via windows feature.it doesnt work with the setup i downloaded from windows it, when im trying to run the setup it doesnt run, no nothing not even an error message. It doesnt works with windows feature either since the windows feature method shows this picture--->
