I have tried to troubleshoot this by checking for solutions on the internet. It is all the same advice but it does not solve my problem. Check out the screenshot below which is after I deleted all the temporary file on my drive

Open File Explorer.
Go to C:\Windows\Temp.
Select everything in that folder, and press Delete, then empty your Recycle Bin.
There will be some files that cannot be deleted in that folder because they are in use, that is normal.
Please provide a screenshot of the TreeSize window after performing those steps.
Thank you for the screenshot, the problem is in the Windows folder, please open TreeSize again and dig down into the Windows folder to find where all that data is being stored and please provide a screenshot of what you find.

The storage settings in Windows is reported by many people as being buggy and mis-reporting the used space on a drive, it would be very unusual of there was 845GB of temporary files on your drive.
Click the link below to download a small free utility named Treesize.
https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free
Very Important - to run TreeSize, you must right click its icon and choose Run as Administrator.
Please provide a screenshot of your C drive in that TreeSize utility, so I can see your hard drive and work out where that space is being used and if there is an underlying problem.
