Cant get into safe mode and my pin isnt available for some reason?

I tried to go safe mode and my pin isnt available for some reason, after some research i got to know this, its so frustrating and after resetting and even using new account iremoved my pin and put to normal boot and tried to get in safe mode now its asking for password that i never had and my wifi and other network cant connect to it and i finally tried to reinstall the windows again how to fix it please help me

If you are still blocked by a password in the Recovery Environment, then, you will need to create a bootable Windows 11 USB on another working PC and boot your PC from that, then rather than installing Windows 11, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment from there

In the Recovery Environment on the USB, you will not be blocked by a password.

Click this link:

https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...

to download the Media Creation Tool to create the bootable USB.

Then, Boot your PC from the Installation Media you just created (change Boot Order in your BIOS)

    I did struck in the safe mode because it's shows pin isnt available and can't connect to internet because the wifi not show in the lock screen only aeroplane mode showing in the bottom and i had to reinstall the windows locally but after reinstalled i removed the pin and tried to get into safe mode but i got stuck again and it's asking the password again and i never had a password before , please how to get into safe mode without windows hello and these password and pin isnt available

    Are you unable to get into Windows normally and are you blocked in the recovery environment on every recovery option by a password?

    2

    You indicate you tried to re-install Windows, was that using the built-in Reset option or with a bootable USB?
