Thank you for letting me know.
You have the latest build of Windows 10. I checked, and Microsoft is aware of an issue with the Microsoft Copilot app:
"We're aware of an issue with the Microsoft Copilot app affecting some devices."
You can find this under "Known issues in this update" > "Microsoft Copilot" here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/march...
While this specifically addresses an automatic uninstall issue, it may be related to your problem.
If you haven't already, try uninstalling the Microsoft Copilot app and reinstalling it from the Microsoft Store:
> Press Start and search for Copilot.
> Right-click it and select App settings.
> Scroll down to the Reset section and click Reset, then check if the issue persists.
> If the issue persists, go back to App settings, find Uninstall, and remove the app.
> Reinstall the app from the Microsoft Store and pin it to the taskbar.
If issue still persists, please provide feedback directly to Microsoft by pressing Windows key + F on your keyboard https://support.microsoft.com/windows/send-feed... This sends diagnostic data and details about the issue directly to Microsoft’s engineering team, helping them investigate and work on a fix in future updates.
I really hope this information is helpful! :)
