Backlit of keyboard is not working after update

I'm Christine, I'll be happy to assist you. Looks like the backlight of your keyboard is not working. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

May I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue?

Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

Kindly check and follow the steps below:

Please try to press FN+F4, FN+F5 or FN+Spacebar
Let's try to reinstall the Keyboard driver

Please press Windows key + X and choose device manager

Look for Keyboard option and expand it.

Please uninstall the each drivers and restart your device, that should be reinstalled after the reboot.
